With Primera's LX500ec colour label printer, a wide variety of application options can be implemented quickly and easily. Smaller format, but same performance: with a spectacular 4800 dpi print resolution and high throughput speeds, the LX500ec is in no way inferior to its “big brother” - the LX910e.
It is the best choice for companies and organizations that value very good performance and quality. The labels can contain colour photos, images, graphics and text in combination with bar codes on pressure-sensitive labels and stickers. No minimum print run is required — print just one label or a thousand per day.
The LX500ec prints labels directly where you need them, in the right quantities and, depending on the run, significantly cheaper than offset or flexographic printing.

The LX500ec model includes a built-in label cutter
The built-in cutter allows you to cut contour-cut labels, labels with marking strips or continuous label material. You have the option to choose between the following cutting modes:

• Do not cut - for use with a rewinder
• Cut after inactivity – cuts when the print job is complete
• Cut on button press – cuts when you press the “Load” button
• Cut after each label - to produce individual sections such as price tags or name tags
• Cut after x labels - allows a variable number of labels in a row of sections
